TactEx support begins before a new drill goes to work and continues throughout its operating life. Our commissioning team works directly with your crew on site so operators understand the system, how it is set up, and what is required to operate and maintain it confidently from the start.

Once the drill is in the field, customers stay connected to the same team behind the equipment. Technical support, troubleshooting, drilling rig parts, maintenance guidance and ongoing service are backed by in-house Red Seal mechanics and direct access to people who understand the system from design and manufacturing through field operation.

7 days a week, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Technical support is available worldwide for operating, mechanical, hydraulic, maintenance and parts-related questions.
Commissioned in your operating environment. On-site commissioning covers drill and platform setup, startup checks, operator familiarization and key service requirements.
Direct access to technical expertise. Reach TactEx technical support, in-house Red Seal mechanics and team members equipped to troubleshoot the complete drilling system.
Parts prepared for the field. Common service, maintenance and high-wear components are kept in stock, with uptime kits supplied with each drill and international parts shipping available when required.
