Ben’s career in welding and fabrication began in 2001. His roots are in heavy equipment repairs, structural steel, and general fabrication. With a deep interest in exploration drills, it’s only natural that he became involved in creating our world-class line of diamond drills and support equipment as TactEx Industries’ co-founder. With a keen eye for detail that’s been described as borderline “fussy,” Ben is passionate about running the company’s steel and aluminum fabrication product line. His desire for perfection means that no product or feature is ever overlooked. The result? User-friendly, turn-key solutions that enhance diamond driller’s lives – and the projects they serve.

When he isn’t running large-scale fabrication projects, he creates steel art, works in his yard, rides motorcycles, and hangs out with his friends, family, and dog.
